Position: Customer Invoicing Process Design and Fusion Analyst
Client: Enetrtainment
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 3 Months (possible extension)
Pay Range: $81 - $85/hr
Schedule: Standard business hours
Travel: Up to 50% domestic and international travel, including South America

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document end-to-end customer invoicing and Order to Cash processes

Develop SOPs, workflows, desk-level procedures, and RACI documentation

Partner with SMEs to review, validate, and finalize process documentation

Identify opportunities for process streamlining and operational efficiency

Recommend technology enhancements leveraging Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, and Automation Anywhere

Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for performance improvement

Support internal controls, compliance, and audit-ready processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree

Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance operations and internal controls

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Invoicing module required)

Experience in Order to Cash, invoicing, or finance process management
