Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the United States and South America (LATAM – Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, etc.), building strategic client relationships, and expanding our ITAM consulting and services footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in ITAM
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline across US and LATAM markets.
  • Develop relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, and Asset Management teams.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill ITAM staffing and project requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in LATAM regions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client engagement → negotiation → closure.
  • Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns targeting US and LATAM clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT Services or Staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Proven experience working with US clients and/or LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling C2C, W2, and Full-time hiring models is a plus.

Engagement Model (Freelance to Full-Time)
  • This role will initially be offered as a Freelance Business Development position.
  • Candidates will be evaluated over a 3-month performance period based on:
    • Revenue generation
    • Client acquisition
    • Pipeline development
  • High-performing candidates will be converted to Full-Time (FTE) after successful completion of the evaluation period.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network with US enterprise clients or LATAM stakeholders.
  • Experience in IT staffing or consulting sales.
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) are highly preferred.

Work Model
  • Remote (aligned with US time zones).
