Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Basic math skills required for measurements and product verification


Experience Requirements

  • 1-3 years of electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience interpreting wire lists, schematics, and assembly drawings

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed


Physical Capabilities

  • Frequently stand, bend, reach, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive assembly tasks

  • Regular use of vision and hearing to inspect, assemble, and test products

  • Ability to frequently work on ladders and maneuver in manufacturing workspaces

  • Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing production environment


Job Duties

  • Read and interpret process plans, specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics

  • Assemble, wire, and install electrical components and distribution equipment

  • Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and component mounting

  • Test completed assemblies using electrical test equipment to ensure quality and functionality

  • Complete inspection records, manufacturing documentation, and quality checklists

  • Record design modifications and deviations from original specifications

  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety regulations
