Job Summary:
The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team and plays a vital role in supporting the college’s strategic enrollment goals. This position is responsible for high-touch phone outreach (100+ dials / up to 3.00 of talk time daily), relationship-building, and student engagement efforts designed to increase admissions, enrollment and ensure successful onboarding. The technician serves as a student-centered resource by guiding individuals from initial inquiry through enrollment.
Must have:
One year of clerical, administrative, office support or related experience.
