Overview:

Client is building a greenfield SAP Center of Excellence (COE) after a recent SAP system carve-out. This is a high-ownership role for a senior SAP professional to lead architecture, governance, and production support in a global delivery model. Looking for candidates who can operate as a Lead , Architect and Hands-on SME.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as SAP COE Lead and primary interface with business stakeholders
Own end-to-end SAP support (AMS) and system stability
Manage full lifecycle: Incident Problem Change Release Production Support
Drive solution design, architecture governance, and design approvals
Review and validate project designs, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Lead and manage offshore teams (APAC / South America)
Handle production escalations and critical issue resolution
Enforce SLA, governance, and best practices

Required Skills:

15+ years of SAP experience (FICO / CO / SD)
Strong experience in SAP Production Support / AMS
Proven experience as SAP Lead / Architect / COE Lead
Hands-on with incident, change, and release management
Experience in solution design and architecture governance
Strong experience managing offshore teams and vendors
Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:

SAP S/4HANA experience
Experience in SAP carve-out / transformation projects
