- Proactively addresses and resolves issues by collaborating with Agile teams, stakeholders, and business representatives.
- Executes epics and stories to support completion of initiatives; applies Agile product development approaches within assigned team.
- Facilitates communication and planning between business and operations teams, data discovery, data integration, and business intelligence development teams.
- Resolves product-related issues, makes decisions and continuously does trade-off analyses to ensure development stays on track toward deliverable commitments
- Maintains the product backlog, prioritizing the items effectively and balancing them for short-term business-valuable product increment, mid-term opportunities to be seized and long-term problems to be prepared for.
Skills/Qualifications Required:- Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a product owner/manager role
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proven ability to create, refine, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs aligned to business value, customer needs, and delivery capacity.
- Ability to understand business objectives, value drivers, and tradeoffs, and translate them into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Experience defining, delivering, and managing data-driven products, including analytics, dashboards, data pipelines, or AI/ML-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience partnering with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver products from concept through release.
- Understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, delivery, launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate vision, priorities, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
