Job Description:

Role Overview

This contingent role supports moderately complex Systems Quality Assurance initiatives by coordinating UAT activities, managing project workflows, and delivering structured reporting across multiple teams. The position requires strong testing experience, commercial banking knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. You will partner closely with project managers, Release/Test Managers (RTMs), UAT testers, and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and consistent execution.

This role is 100% onsite, five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination
  • Manage day-to-day project coordination across multiple workstreams, including timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Drive workflow alignment across teams, vendors, and UAT cycles.
  • Consolidate data from multiple delivery groups into unified, consistent reporting.
  • Develop standardized project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
  • Create business review materials, project trackers, and polished presentations.
  • Support administrative functions such as onboarding, scheduling, communications, and documentation.
  • Partner with RTMs to align project milestones with UAT planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and self-direction in a complex, matrixed environment.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support
  • Coordinate UAT cycles, track test execution, organize defects, and support readiness activities.
  • Leverage commercial banking knowledge to ensure testers understand business context.
  • Support the transition from manual testing to more automated processes.
  • Maintain accurate Jira updates for stories, defects, test progress, and remediation steps.
  • Perform testing using automation tools and scripts (Tosca preferred).
  • Support testing for mobile devices and ATMs, ensuring coverage and quality.

Reporting, Analysis & Documentation
  • Produce accurate, timely status reports, dashboards, and consolidated progress updates.
  • Run data queries and perform advanced analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain structured documentation in Confluence and DMS.
  • Ensure Jira data integrity through consistent updates and quality checks.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) to build analytical summaries.

Presentation & Communication
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint decks for leadership updates and business reviews.
  • Translate complex project and testing data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong project management and coordination experience across multi-team environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial banking experience, specifically supporting UAT.
  • Hands-on experience performing testing with automation tools (Tosca preferred).
  • Experience testing mobile devices and ATMs.
  • Proven ability to produce executive-level reporting and structured summaries.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
  • Experience running queries (SQL or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently, self-manage, and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to test automation teams or automated UAT frameworks.
  • Experience in large financial institutions, PMO environments, or matrixed delivery structures.
  • Familiarity with DMS tools and structured documentation practices.
