Senior Data and Reporting Analyst (6 9 Years) 
About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and ensure timely, accurate insights that drive daily operations and strategic decisions. You will prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, deliver ad hoc analyses, maintain reporting documentation, and partner closely with stakeholders to keep data and dashboards reliable and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting operations:

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on schedule to support team s day-to-day operations

• Prioritize and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses as requested

• Ensure consistent, high-availability access to data for management and operations team

• BI development and visualization:

• Build and maintain dashboards and stories in SAP Analytics Cloud

• Develop data models, Power Query transformations, and optimize report performance

• Create clear visualizations: Excel Dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations

• Data management and quality:

• Lead data cleaning and preparation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness

• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; design reporting to track performance

• Maintain up-to-date reporting documentation, version histories, and change logs

• Communicate updates, changes, and new reports to stakeholders proactively

• Processes and collaboration:

• Good to have ITIL standards for incident, request, Alert, Problem and change management

• Adopt a JIRA-based approach for planning, prioritization, and delivery of reporting tasks

• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports

• Programming and automation:

• Automate data refreshes and report generation with Advanced Excel formulas/functions, macros, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

• Write SQL, Dax (PowerQuery) for data extraction and transformation

• Use Python for data manipulation, analysis, and repeatable workflows

Required Qualifications  

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

• 6 9 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or business intelligence

• Hands-on expertise with:

• SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI (modeling, Power Query, measures, visual design)

• Advanced Excel (array/dynamic formulas, lookups, pivot tables, charts) and Excel automation with VBA

• SQL and Python for data preparation and analysis

• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in:

• Data modeling, data visualization, and storytelling

• Data cleansing and preparation at scale

• KPI and SLA definition, tracking, and performance reporting

• Working knowledge of ITIL standards and experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Experience using JIRA for backlog management and delivery tracking

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Database familiarity: SAP HANA, SQL Server, or other relational databases

• Experience with enterprise data sources, data warehouses, or cloud data platforms

• Knowledge of report governance, documentation best practices, and version control
