Summary

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Bill Compare workstream within an XD CIS to SAP ISU migration program. This role is responsible for facilitating agile delivery while ensuring accurate and high-quality bill comparison across legacy and SAP ISU billing systems. The ideal candidate will drive team efficiency, support testing coordination, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in a complex migration environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement within the team Ensure consistent progress toward sprint goals and overall migration milestones Coordinate testing cycles and manage defect tracking with QA and technical teams Monitor deliverables and maintain transparency across stakeholders Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and QA resources to ensure alignment Act as a bridge between the Bill Compare workstream and cross-functional teams Drive effective communication, issue resolution, and program alignment Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including Scrum Master responsibilities Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar Hands-on experience with SAP ISU, particularly in billing processes Experience in data validation and testing within system migration programs Experience working in utility industry environments Proficiency with tools such as Jira for tracking and reporting Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Experience working in complex, multi-workstream migration programs Hands-on involvement in testing activities within Agile environments Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
