Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI / IVA Engineer with strong expertise in Amelia (SoundHound) or similar enterprise-grade conversational AI platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) and chatbots for service desk automation and customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Conversational Experiences: Create effective dialog flows, system prompts, and user journeys for chatbots and voicebots.
  • Model Training & Optimization: Train, test, and fine-tune NLP models to improve accuracy and user experience.
  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable conversational AI solutions for IT service management and customer support use cases.
  • System Integration: Integrate IVA platforms with enterprise applications using APIs (REST, SOAP, XML), webhooks, and middleware.
  • Voicebot Development: Build and optimize voice-enabled bots using speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
  • Backend Connectivity: Enable seamless data exchange between bots and backend systems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze bot performance and continuously improve based on analytics and user feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies in an onshore-offshore model.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Amelia (SoundHound) or equivalent platforms such as Enterprise Bot, IBM watsonx Assistant, AI Rudder, LumenVox, Mindsay, Ada, Boost.ai, Cognigy AI, Kore.ai.
  • Strong experience building and deploying chatbots and IVA solutions for service desk or customer support automation.
  • Proven expertise in integrating conversational platforms with AWS Connect, backend APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Rally.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and React.js.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
