Pay Range: $40/hr - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report business data
- Gain deep product and process knowledge for client assignments
- Gain deep product and process knowledge of product, call, and quality platforms
- Produce monthly client performance reporting
- Use large data sets to define KPIs and generate reports
- Build and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to track data
- Build predictive models
- Help maintain data frameworks
- Assist with process improvement
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Our company is currently seeking a Business Data Analyst with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- In this role, you will build and maintain reporting tools to track data, using this data to define KPIs, generate reports, and build models.
- Should have scripting skills in programming languages like SQL, VBA and Power BI, as you will be responsible for writing queries and other data transformation scripts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, finance or a related field (master's degree a plus)
- Industry Experience in Credit Card, finance, or insurance
- Experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting (3-5 years preferred)
- Experience using BI tools (Microsoft power BI a plus) for data visualization and reporting
- SQL skills and experience with other programming languages associated with data analytics,
