Description We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support a high-volume, multi-site IT operations environment in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a hands-on infrastructure professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys improving system reliability, security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and support Windows infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for secure user access
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine IT tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Manage virtualization environments using VMware vCenter, ensuring performance and availability
- Provide support for Cisco switching environments, including basic to intermediate troubleshooting and configuration
- Respond to and help remediate security-related incidents and operational alerts
- Support infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service delivery and uptime
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve issues and implement system improvements

Requirements At least 3 years of experience in systems administration within an IT environment.
Practical expertise with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Hands-on experience developing or maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
Working knowledge of VMware administration, including support of vCenter-managed environments.
Familiarity with Cisco hardware and switching concepts at a basic to intermediate level.
Experience participating in security incident response, investigation, or remediation efforts.
Prior work in enterprise-scale or multi-site environments is strongly preferred.
