Position Title: Senior SAP Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) Developer
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA
Duration: 24+ Month Project

Note: Hybrid work environment is expected to be 1-week per month on-site in Middletown PA, varying with project needs.  In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) Developer to design, configure, and support SAP BRF+ business rules and decision frameworks integrated with SAP FICA processes (billing, payments, collections, dunning, disputes, reconciliation). ; and bridge business requirements and technical rule/process configuration, collaborating with SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, and integration teams.

Our Senior SAP Business Rule Framework Plus (BRF+) Developer will perform the following duties;
 - BRF+ Design & Configuration: Build/maintain decision tables, rulesets, expressions, workflows, and validations; develop reusable rule structures and governance standards.
- FICA Functional Support: Support customer account management, billing/invoicing, payments, collections/dunning, disputes, write-offs, and financial reconciliation; align BRF+ solutions with FICA needs.
- Requirements & Process Analysis: Gather/document requirements, run workshops, recommend BRF+-driven process improvements, produce functional specs and process/decision models.
- Testing & Validation: Develop/execute test scenarios, integration and UAT testing; validate rule execution and FICA integrations; support defect resolution.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work with SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, developers, integration architects, and middleware/data teams; support deployment, cutover, and production support.
- Governance & Documentation: Maintain configuration/rule documentation; support rule lifecycle governance, change control, audit/regulatory compliance.
- Training & Mentoring: Provide training/knowledge transfer to business and technical teams; mentor junior analysts and consultants.

Skills and Experience:
- 3+ Years: SAP functional consulting experience; 3+ years SAP FICA; 2+ years SAP BRF+ rules/workflow configuration
- Proven experience on enterprise SAP implementations or transformation programs
- Strong SAP FICA knowledge: customer financial management, payments/collections, dunning/correspondence, account determination, postings/reconciliation
- Experience with BRF+ decision tables, rulesets, expressions, validation logic, and workflow integrations
- Ability to write functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and process documentation
- Familiarity with SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, integration concepts, APIs, and middleware
- Strong analytical, communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills; able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Industry experience in utilities, telecom, transportation, finance, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
- SAP BRIM/integrated billing experience; Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience; prior consulting/contractor experience is a plus
- Certifications (preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate – FI-CA or S/4HANA Financial Accounting; SAP BRIM-related; SAP Business Process Integration; other S/4HANA certifications are a plus
