ServiceNow Technical Architect

• The ServiceNow Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• The role involves providing technical leadership in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring platform stability, governance, integrations, and alignment with enterprise ServiceNow best practices.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience implementing S2P, SPM, and HRSD solutions.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM, HRSD, and Finance/Financial Management modules.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and platform configuration.
• Strong experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security model including ACLs, roles, and approvals.
• Experience working in enterprise governance-driven environments.

Experience:

• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
• Experience supporting platform governance, upgrades, and operational stability.
• Experience resolving complex platform, performance, and integration issues.
• Experience working with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience supporting platform audits and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ensure platform governance, upgrades, integrations, and stability.
• Resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
• Implement and support workflows, Flow Designer, and platform configurations.
• Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Oversee security configurations including ACLs, roles, and approvals.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Should Have:

• Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Experience in ServiceNow platform audits and upgrade activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.

Skills:

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and development skills.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise workflows and automation.

• Strong stakeholder and technical communication skills.

Qualification And Education:

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Additional certifications in S2P, SPM/ITBM, and HRSD preferred.
