Solution Architect (Enterprise Intranet & GenAI)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Modern Intranet Platforms, Cloud Technologies, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience designing and modernizing enterprise intranet solutions while integrating AI-powered agents, GenAI services, and cloud-native architectures.

This role will lead solution architecture, technology strategy, governance, and implementation while ensuring enterprise scalability, security, performance, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture

· Design and define end-to-end architecture for modern enterprise intranet platforms.

· Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.

· Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices across projects.

· Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions.

Enterprise Intranet Modernization

· Architect and modernize enterprise intranet platforms.

· Design user-centric digital workplace solutions that improve collaboration and employee experience.

· Develop scalable content management and collaboration architectures.

· Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and business applications.

AI & Generative AI Integration

· Design and implement AI-powered agents and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.

· Integrate enterprise AI services into intranet platforms.

· Develop architectures supporting intelligent search, conversational AI, workflow automation, and knowledge management.

· Collaborate with AI engineering teams to deliver scalable GenAI solutions.

Cloud & Integration Architecture

· Design cloud-native enterprise architectures using modern cloud technologies.

· Develop API-first and microservices-based integration strategies.

· Ensure interoperability between enterprise applications, AI services, and cloud platforms.

· Optimize system scalability, resilience, and performance.

Security & Identity Management

· Design secure enterprise architectures following industry best practices.

· Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standards.

· Support authentication, authorization, and secure API integration.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.

· Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

· Provide architecture leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

· Mentor technical teams and promote architecture best practices.

Required Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.

· Recent hands-on experience designing and modernizing enterprise intranet platforms.

· Strong expertise in enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.

· Experience integrating AI-powered agents and Generative AI solutions into enterprise platforms.

· Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture.

· Experience designing API-driven and microservices-based solutions.

· Deep knowledge of enterprise security architecture and Identity Management.

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
