Job Title: Technical Analyst Azure Cloud Migration

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, acquired entities, and Microsoft delivery teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient migration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a bridge between business units, acquired entities, and Microsoft delivery teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Conduct early-stage discovery across systems, infrastructure, and data environments for entities not yet fully integrated.
Analyze application landscapes, integrations, and dependencies to support Azure migration planning.
Identify risks, gaps, and constraints that may impact migration timelines or business continuity.
Document current-state architecture, processes, and operational requirements.
Support prioritization and sequencing of migration activities based on complexity and business impact.
Provide insights to optimize resource capacity planning and reduce strain on migration teams.
Ensure alignment with target architecture, as well as security and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience as a Technical Analyst or similar role within enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud migration projects.
Experience working across hybrid environments (on-prem, AWS, Oracle, etc.).
Ability to interface directly with external partners (preferably Microsoft or similar vendors).
Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, and system dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
