Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Digital Services Contractor (Program / Operations Support) f or a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports/Entertainment in NY, NY
Position Summary SGA is seeking a Digital Services Contractor to support day-to-day operations and provide backfill coverage for key digital platforms and third-party partnerships within Digital Program Support team.
This role is ideal for a program/operations-focused professional who can manage provider relationships, support platform usage, and ensure seamless execution of ongoing digital initiatives with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
3rd Party Vendor & Platform Support
- Maintain adoption and ongoing operations of platforms such as Scala/USTA Flex, Smart Access, and Electronic Line Calling (ELC)
- Act as primary point of contact for external providers and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings with vendors and partners
- Track activity and provide operational feedback to ensure alignment with agreements
- Manage and respond to provider and internal inquiries in a timely manner
Serve Platform Support
- Support end-to-end tournament lifecycle within the platform
- Assist providers with setup, management, and execution of tournaments
- Troubleshoot platform or operational issues during active tournaments
- Monitor usage and ensure consistent service delivery
Program Operations & Administrative Support
- Support High School/Teams platform and related initiatives
- Take ownership of daily operational and administrative tasks
- Help reduce workload and prevent backlog for internal team
- Provide ad-hoc support for digital program initiatives and special projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or platform support
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or digital products
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting external clients, providers, or partners
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot operational issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sports, events, or tournament platforms
- Exposure to vendor management or third-party partnerships
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or CRM systems
- Experience supporting live events or time-sensitive operations
