Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator with expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) technologies. The consultant will support Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments throughout planning, migration, testing, production deployment, and hypercare activities. Key Responsibilities • Administer and support Oracle IAM technologies including OAM, OIM, OUD, and SSO environments. • Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Identity and Access Management infrastructure. • Administer Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments, including monitoring, alerting, and operational management. • Support identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, and access governance processes. • Manage LDAP services, identity synchronization, monitoring configurations, and operational dashboards. • Support migration, environment provisioning, disaster recovery testing, and production deployment activities. • Troubleshoot IAM, OEM, performance, security, and operational issues. • Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, application, and database teams. • Develop technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Oracle Database Administration and Oracle IAM experience. • Strong hands-on experience with OAM, OIM, OUD, SSO, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM). • Experience with Oracle WebLogic administration and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of LDAP, identity federation, authentication, authorization, and access management concepts. • Experience with OEM monitoring, alerting, compliance management, and operational support. • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support experience. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Oracle Identity Management or Oracle Database certification preferred. • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). • Experience supporting federal or regulated industry environments. • Security clearance is a plus. • Support the full project lifecycle, including Planning, Iteration 1, Iteration 2, Iteration 3, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Dry Runs, Disaster Recovery (DR) Build & Testing, Production Cutover, and Hypercare activities.
