Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support infrastructure automation solutions across cloud and network environments. This role will focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, cloud provisioning, configuration management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, and Terraform and be comfortable automating enterprise network infrastructure in multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using Ansible and Python.
  • Build, support, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of cloud and network resources.
  • Support AWS and Oracle Cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes across infrastructure platforms.
  • Collaborate with network, cloud, security, and platform engineering teams.
  • Manage and automate configurations for Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, and Versa technologies.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and automation-related issues across cloud and network environments.
  • Document automation frameworks, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Automation, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Terraform
    • Ansible
    • Python
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management principles.
  • Experience automating enterprise network environments.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of:
    • Cisco
    • Aruba
    • F5
    • Palo Alto
    • Versa Networks
  • Experience with Git version control and automation best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Relevant cloud, Terraform, Ansible, or networking certifications.

Technical Assessment Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete a technical assessment demonstrating proficiency in:

  • Terraform
  • Ansible
  • Python
