Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization
Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs
Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions
Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation)
Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership
Work as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role
3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logistics
