Summary

An industry-leading technology company that develops advanced instrumentation and sensing solutions for the semiconductor, medical device, and industrial markets is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer to join its growing engineering organization. This is a full-time role in Andover, MA onsite 5 days per week.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to develop products that directly impact some of the world's most advanced manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the field
Deep expertise in low-noise analog electronics and precision sensor design
Strong experience with embedded microprocessors and embedded systems
Strong understanding of instrumentation and measurement systems
Experience leading electronics development for complex multidisciplinary products
Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Hands-on experience with testing, validation, and product development activities
Strong understanding of BOM management, ECO processes, and manufacturing documentation

Desired Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
Instrumentation, metrology, or precision measurement experience
New Product Introduction experience
Experience with vacuum systems and vacuum sensor technology
