Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Architect with strong expertise in the Tricentis testing suite to lead enterprise-wide quality engineering and test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable automation frameworks, driving QA strategy, and supporting complex enterprise application environments and digital transformation programs.

This role requires hands-on experience with Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare, along with strong knowledge of enterprise platforms, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise QA and test automation strategies
Architect scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
Develop automation solutions for functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing
Lead performance and load testing initiatives using NeoLoad
Utilize qTest for enterprise test management, reporting, and defect tracking
Implement risk-based testing methodologies and QA governance standards
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
Collaborate with developers, business teams, infrastructure teams, and system integrators throughout the SDLC
Lead QA teams and mentor automation engineers on testing best practices
Support enterprise modernization, ERP, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives
Create quality dashboards, metrics, and release readiness reports
Participate in architecture reviews and ensure testability of enterprise solutions

Required Skills
10+ years of QA and Test Architecture experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tricentis testing suite
Strong expertise in:
Tosca Automation
qTest
NeoLoad
LiveCompare
API & Integration Testing
Experience testing enterprise platforms such as:
SAP
IBM Maximo
Oracle Utilities
ServiceNow
Salesforce
GIS / OMS platforms
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies
Experience working in cloud and hybrid enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
Exposure to ERP modernization and cloud migration programs
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
