Role: Functional Lead- Xstore
Duration: 1 year + extensions.
Location: Fully remote, except for 2 days a week onsite per month (will pay for flights/hotels). Required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience with xstore (work on multiple versions) xstore was micron previously and worked on multiple version and upgrades
- Ability to travel to Cleveland OH (2x a month)
- Be the SME for xStore and tell a client how to best use xstore, how to tweak their current processes, talk about xstore capabilities
We are seeking an experienced Oracle XStore Functional Lead to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team during a large-scale Oracle XStore modernization initiative. This individual will partner directly with business leaders, gather and translate requirements, and ensure alignment of business processes with Oracle XStore capabilities across multiple functional domains.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary functional SME and trusted advisor for Oracle XStore.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and executive stakeholders.
Analyze current retail processes and map requirements to Oracle XStore functionality.
Recommend both standard ("out-of-the-box") and optimized XStore solutions to meet business objectives.
Drive functional design decisions and guide the implementation team through requirements, configurations, and testing.
