Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure. This role involves working across LAN, WAN, and MAN environments, driving modern network architecture strategies, and ensuring high-performance, secure communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering recommendations covering design, integration, installation, testing, and maintenance of network systems
• Support and manage LAN, WAN, and communication systems including voice, video, data, and imagery networks
• Analyze existing network architecture and propose enhancements using modern technologies
• Recommend and implement best practices such as SDN, intent-based networking, and network segmentation
• Design telecommunications circuit specifications and network configurations
• Identify and deploy routers, switches, and encryption devices for enterprise environments
• Create and manage service catalog items for automated network provisioning
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation and technical artifacts
• Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues and ensure optimal network performance
• Provide senior-level technical leadership and subject matter expertise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering
• Strong experience with Cisco platforms and technologies
• Hands-on experience with routing platforms such as ASR and ISR
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, and GRE
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 technologies such as STP, MST, and VLANs
• Experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN solutions and traffic engineering
• Experience troubleshooting complex network environments

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP and/or CCIE certification
• Experience with Juniper, Netgear, and Fortinet platforms
• Exposure to SDN and modern network architectures
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud networking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
