Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned process engineering professional to evaluate and improve existing business processes as part of operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering actionable plans to enhance functionality, throughput, and end-user satisfaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes across functional areas
✔ Document As-Is workflows and design optimized To-Be processes using Lean & Six Sigma
✔ Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional system requirements
✔ Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to align solutions with system capabilities
✔ Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training
✔ Establish metrics, track ROI, and drive data-driven improvements
✔ Support implementation roadmaps and change management strategies
✅ Minimum Qualifications
🔹 8+ years in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
🔹 Experience evaluating and optimizing current-state processes
🔹 Six Sigma Black Belt certification
🔹 Proven success leading large-scale process transformation initiatives
🔹 Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
🔹 Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
🔹 Experience with operational metrics and cross-functional collaboration

✔ Government or regulated environment experience
✔ Familiarity with low-code or process automation tools
✔ Lean certification
