Summary

Logistics Specialist II (Day Shift)

Training for this position will be held Mon-Fri first shift for first 2 months.

Location: The actual location of this job is in Portsmouth, NH.

This is a fully site?based role. Working together in person supports close, real?time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Logistics Specialist II will contribute within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components. Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally.

What you will do:

  • Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications.

  • Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP?s required in the work environment.

  • Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).

  • Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.

  • Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.

  • Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area. Performs SAP and Syncade transactions required for assigned area.

  • Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.

What Lonza is looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or higher level of education

  • Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, and learn Lonza systems for role requirements

  • Valid driver?s license

  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
