Required Qualifications & Skills
Cloud Application Architecture
- Design and implement cloud-native application architectures using AWS services.
- Lead the modernization of legacy applications to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Define application design patterns for scalability, resilience, and performance.
Application Development & Integration
- Architect applications using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Design RESTful APIs and integration frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Ensure seamless integration between cloud applications and enterprise systems.
AWS Services & Technologies
- Architect and deploy applications using AWS services such as:
- Amazon EC2
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon API Gateway
- Amazon S3
- Amazon RDS
- Amazon DynamoDB
- Amazon SQS/SNS
- AWS Step Functions
DevOps & CI/CD
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to enable containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure application architectures comply with AWS security best practices.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and IAM roles.
- Apply encryption and secure communication across services.
Performance & Monitoring
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement monitoring and logging using AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and logging frameworks.
