Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM Veeva Business Analyst to join our Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in gathering business requirements, analysing CRM processes, and delivering Veeva CRM solutions that support commercial operations, sales, and marketing functions. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to implement scalable CRM solutions within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Work closely with business users to understand CRM processes and recommend Veeva CRM solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Configure and support Veeva CRM functionalities based on business needs.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployments.
Create functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences industry standards and best practices.
Provide post-implementation support and assist in issue resolution.
Required Skills
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience with Veeva CRM.
Experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with UAT planning and execution.
Proficiency in SQL or data analysis is a plus.
