Senior Solution Lead with Oracle B2B Service, OFSC & Service Logistics - Remote

Job Description:

15+ years in Service/CX/Field Service transformations; 3–5+ years leading Oracle B2B Service, OFSC, and Service Logistics programs end-to-end. Proven delivery of at least 2–3 complex, multi-country implementations with measurable business impact. Strong understanding of service contracts & entitlements installed base/assets, parts logistics, routing & capacity modeling, depot/repair, and billing. Hands-on with OFSC (routing policies, quotas, skills, activities, geofencing, forms), B2B Service (SR, workflows, knowledge, digital channels), Service Logistics (RMA, parts, repair, warranties). Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, eventing, and middleware patterns. Solid command of program governance, vendor management, Agile/SAFe, and budget control. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
