Immediate opening for an experienced Senior MDM Analyst with strong Informatica Master Data Management expertise. This role supports a global industrial manufacturer with a long history of engineering innovation and operational excellence. The position plays a key role in ensuring trusted, governed, and high-quality enterprise data, supporting global business operations, analytics, and decision-making.

This role combines technical MDM architecture and development with data governance leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior MDM Analyst will design and implement enterprise MDM solutions while helping build scalable data governance and catalog capabilities across the organization.

Select Responsibilities


Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related Informatica platforms.

Partner with business leaders, data owners, and SMEs to understand data management needs, priorities, and order management processes across the enterprise.

Develop and maintain data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and data stewardship workflows to ensure accurate golden records.

Implement and optimize matching and merging algorithms to improve master data quality and reliability.

Design and develop ETL/ELT mappings, data pipelines, and integration workflows to support enterprise master data architecture.

Create and maintain data quality rules, profiling processes, cleansing routines, and monitoring dashboards to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Implement and manage Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) including metadata harvesting, business glossaries, policy enforcement, lineage, and data discovery.

Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and integration patterns between MDM and governance platforms to ensure proper metadata and catalog synchronization.

Collaborate with Data Governance teams and downstream system owners to establish data standards, stewardship processes, and master data workflows.

Support data onboarding, source system integrations, entity lifecycle management, and governance adoption initiatives.

Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.

Create technical documentation including data lineage, architecture documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and participate in architecture reviews and data governance councils.

Drive adoption of global master data standards and governance practices while partnering with global business leaders on improvement initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills:


Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 4 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management or data governance environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, golden record creation, and workflow development.

Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) including stewardship workflows, business glossaries, and governance policies.

Strong SQL skills for data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting.

Experience working with SAP ECC and related enterprise systems.

Experience building data dictionaries, business glossaries, governance frameworks, and stewardship processes.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and structure data for effective business decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across IT and business teams.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Master s degree in a related discipline preferred.
