Director, ERP Transformation

We are seeking a Director of ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. This role reports to the Vice President of Application Development and Delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the organization.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, critical paths, resourcing, and dependency maps.
  • Manage project financials, providing weekly updates on actual spend, estimates to complete, and forecasted totals.
  • Coordinate work across outsourced consulting partners and internal teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project risk registers and mitigation strategies.
  • Build and sustain strong vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Implement and refine project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.
  • Strong background in program management and digital transformation leadership.
  • Extensive, recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Field Services, FP&O, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
  • Thought leadership in evaluating business and technology challenges.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to serve as a consultative partner to business stakeholders, with solid understanding of business processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and outsourced project teams.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for program outcomes.
  • Strong vendor management experience, particularly with large consulting firms.
  • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or technology leadership roles.
