Director, ERP Transformation

We are seeking a Director of ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics platform. This role reports to the Vice President of Application Development and Delivery.
Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs.
Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics solutions across the organization.
Oversee the full project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, critical paths, resourcing, and dependency maps.
Manage project financials, providing weekly updates on actual spend, estimates to complete, and forecasted totals.
Coordinate work across outsourced consulting partners and internal teams.
Maintain comprehensive project risk registers and mitigation strategies.
Build and sustain strong vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
Implement and refine project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology programs across multiple business units and geographic regions.
Strong background in program management and digital transformation leadership.
Extensive, recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Field Services, FP&O, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
Thought leadership in evaluating business and technology challenges.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to serve as a consultative partner to business stakeholders, with solid understanding of business processes.
Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
Experience leading geographically distributed and outsourced project teams.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for program outcomes.
Strong vendor management experience, particularly with large consulting firms.
Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or technology leadership roles.
