Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer journey mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystems and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Journey Mapping
Analyze and map end-to-end customer journeys across Salesforce platforms
Identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience and business outcomes
Capability & Feature Definition
Translate business needs into clearly defined Salesforce capabilities and features
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Work closely with product owners and technical teams to prioritize backlog items
Requirements & Delivery Support
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Support development teams throughout the SDLC (Agile/Scrum)
Participate in sprint planning, UAT, and release activities
Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
Communication & Storytelling
Effectively communicate insights, requirements, and solutions to stakeholders
Present complex ideas in a simple, business-friendly manner
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
Tools & Documentation
Create and maintain high-quality documentation using tools like:
Confluence
JIRA
Miro / Lucidchart
PowerPoint (PPT)
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and aligned with project standards
