Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the modernization of customer, store, and franchise-facing digital experiences. In this role, you will define product strategy, prioritize features, analyze product performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and operational excellence to drive product innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor product performance using data and analytics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Present product insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Improve product development processes to streamline releases and ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage product documentation, including requirements, specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and operational excellence in product management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within:
    • CRM platforms
    • Lifecycle Marketing
    • Customer Engagement Platforms
  • Proven experience owning and managing product roadmaps from concept through delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including:
    • Customer Segmentation
    • Lifecycle/Journey Orchestration
    • Personalization
    • Campaign Automation across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Familiarity with product operations and marketing technology tools, including:
    • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
    • Marketing Automation Platforms
    • Campaign Analytics
    • Confluence or similar documentation tools
