Summary

Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Lead (Application Security)
Location: Cleveland, OH (100% Onsite)
Term : Full Time

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Lead to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative. This role will oversee application-level security, access governance, compliance controls, and cloud security configuration within Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP security experience along with leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security design and governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud (application side)

  • Manage role-based access, provisioning, permissions, and compliance alignment

  • Support SOX, segregation of duties (SoD), audit controls (RACM), and access reviews

  • Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Compliance, Audit, HR, and IT teams

  • Support ERP migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion

  • Ensure security controls are properly configured, tested, and documented

  • Lead user access exercises and support UAT/SIT security validation

  • Coordinate cloud integrations and identity management alignment

  • Provide security oversight for custom code scanning and risk assessments

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of ERP or large platform implementation experience

  • 2–3 years direct Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (multiple implementations preferred)

  • 5–8 years of cloud environment experience

  • 8+ years supporting ERP security, access controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements

  • Strong understanding of role design, provisioning, governance, and security workflows

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred:

  • Background in cybersecurity with Oracle exposure

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives

  • Strong project-based work experience

Growth Opportunity:

Work Environment:
Onsite 5 days/week in Cleveland, OH. Relocation assistance available.
