We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in building rich, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) alongside robust backend capabilities in Java and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & UI Development
- Modern UI Engineering: Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Component Design: Architect reusable frontend UI components, libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and optimal rendering performance.
- State & Performance Optimization: Implement effective state management patterns and continuously optimize application performance, asset delivery, and browser rendering.
- User Experience Collaboration: Work closely with product designers and UX teams to translate wireframes and design systems into intuitive, accessible customer experiences.
Backend Integration & API Co-Design
- Full Stack Integration: Seamlessly integrate modern frontend interfaces with backend services via secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Java Service Development: Design, develop, and enhance scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot to support client-side features.
- API Co-Design: Collaborate with backend engineers and architects to define API contracts, data models, authentication mechanisms, and communication patterns.
Cloud, DevOps & Quality Engineering
- Automated Testing: Implement comprehensive frontend and backend test suites (unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing) to ensure high application reliability.
- Cloud & Container Deployment: Deploy and support containerized workloads on AWS Cloud platforms (including EKS and serverless patterns).
- CI/CD Integration: Support and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) for seamless UI and API releases.
Leadership & Engineering Culture
- Technical Mentorship: Perform code reviews, enforce frontend/backend engineering standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Agile Execution: Active participation in Agile ceremonies, technical design reviews, and architectural alignment discussions.
Required Technical Skills
Core Frontend Stack (Primary Focus)
- Frontend Frameworks: Strong expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) with a willingness to work across the stack.
- Core Web Technologies: Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, modern CSS architectures (SASS/LESS/Tailwind), and responsive layout techniques.
- Frontend Tooling: Familiarity with modern build tools, bundlers, and package managers (Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm), state management libraries, and browser developer tooling.
Backend & Cloud Stack
- Java & Spring Framework: Proven hands-on experience in backend development using Java (Java 8, 11, 17+) along with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
- Microservices & APIs: Solid understanding of microservices design patterns, REST API architecture, authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2/JWT), and API security.
- Cloud & Containerization: Experience deploying services to AWS Cloud (AWS Lambda, EKS, S3) and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Testing & CI/CD: Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright, JUnit) and automated CI/CD pipelines.
