job summary:
HCM Business Analyst - (7+ years of HCM experience)
- Assist to collect data
- Assist to build the test script scenarios
- cleans data across all Alamo workstreams
- Assist with collection of future state custom reports and partners with leads to develop a test sample so that Topbloc can build.
- Partners w/PMO Team and track leads to document and collect alignment
- Assist with testing across integrations
- Serves as Tester across all HCM (7) workstreams
- Serves as Tester across Payroll systems
- Assist with training, scheduling and delivery (frontline only)
Requirements:
7+ Years Experience with delivering large HCM project (Workday preferred, Oracle, SAP, Paycom)
1-2 Years with Large Consulting and Implementation firm (preferred).
Business Degree in Math, Science or Technology or equivalent to Certified in Workday HCM or Workday Payroll
