Lead the design and execution of enterprise identity security, application architecture modernization, and infrastructure risk mitigation initiatives.Drive secure, scalable solutions aligned with zero-trust principles while balancing usability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity & Access Management (IAM) Strategy and ExecutionLead implementation and optimization of enterprise IAM solutions (Okta, MFA,passwordless authentication)Identify and remediate authentication and access control security gapsDrive adoption of phishing-resistant MFA, biometrics, and passwordless authenticationProactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and drive resolution without requiring directionContinuously adopt latest features and security best practices from Okta into Cadence workflow, reducing friction in authentication workflowsDrive adoption of Zero Trust principles (e.g., ZScaler or equivalent solutions)Partner with security teams to identify high-risk applications and threatsEnsure secure access for internal users, external users, and M&A integrationsCoordinate security reviews, audits, and remediation effortsEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and best practicesDrive adoption of new controls through awareness and phased enforcementDevelop supporting documentation and rollout plans across platforms (mobile,desktop)Required Qualifications12+ years in IT with focus on security, identity, or enterprise architectureStrong experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping)Okta certificate is requiredStrong accountability for outcomes, including delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfactionDeep understanding of MFA, passwordless authentication, and biometricsZero Trust architectureDMZ and network security modelsExperience working with enterprise-scale application environmentsProven ability to drive cross-functional technical initiativesExperience in security transformation or modernization programsFamiliarity with ZScaler or similar Zero Trust platformsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
