Your skills
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environment
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, and various software applications
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking,
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between client sites
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
  • Provide advanced IT support for desktops, laptops, and end-user systems

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
  • Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
  • Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
  • Support project rollouts and deployments
