Job Description

We’re looking for a Windows Kernel Driver Engineer to build and debug high-quality kernel-mode and user-mode drivers and system services at the hardware / firmware / OS boundary.

Responsibilities

Develop and debug Windows drivers using WDM/KMDF
Build and maintain system services
Diagnose complex issues using kernel debugging and crash dump analysis
Ensure driver quality and release readiness (HLK certification, driver signing)
Add telemetry and diagnostics for faster remote issue resolution
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, IHVs, and Windows platform teams

Required Skills

Experience developing Windows drivers or low-level system software
Strong kernel debugging expertise
Proficiency in C/C++
Experience working across hardware and firmware boundaries
Strong ownership mindset and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience with HLK/HCK certification
Knowledge of release pipelines, telemetry, and automation
Secure driver design or device bring-up experience
