🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption assessments.

  • Develop and deliver role-based training, eLearning, simulations, job aids, videos and procedure manuals.

  • Support Salesforce configuration, implementation, testing, training and end-user support.

  • Develop and test AI assistants and agents using prompt engineering and knowledge grounding.

  • Manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 knowledge management.

  • Support UAT, pilot programs, deployment, Hypercare and ongoing adoption.

  • Validate current-state and future-state processes and workflows.

  • Measure training effectiveness, readiness and technology adoption.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, IT teams and field stakeholders.

  • Independently manage deliverables across multiple workstreams.

🔹 Required / Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong change management and organizational change management (OCM) experience.

  • Hands-on Salesforce administration, implementation and training experience.

  • Experience with Generative AI, AI assistants or AI agents.

  • Instructional design and training development expertise.

  • Strong process mapping, documentation and facilitation skills.

  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint proficiency.

  • Experience with UAT, deployment readiness and technology adoption.

  • Agile project delivery and stakeholder management experience.

  • Utility or field-operations experience is a plus.

  • Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience preferred.
