Summary

The primary objectives of this project are to:

- Modernize and streamline financial data intake processes.
- Improve data accuracy through automated validations and builtin calculations.
- Strengthen auditability, security, and user access controls.
- Enhance reporting capabilities for both users and administrators.
- Provide a stable, secure, and maintainable hosting environment for longterm operations.

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one.
Develop and implement data conversion plans.
Design and execute data validation and testing processes.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process.
with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements.
Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices.
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

Minimum 15 plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:
Must be a Senior Resource worked on Data Conversion projects, Modernizations.
Ability to Lead and train team members.

Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems
Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans
Designing and executing data validation and testing processes
Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projects
Collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages.
