We're seeking a hands-on Operation Leader to drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and leading teams from the floor.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations across assigned production areas with full ownership of performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and increase efficiency
  • Implement reliability-focused maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and quality loss
  • Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members while reinforcing safety and housekeeping standards
  • Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize electrical systems and equipment performance
  • Ensure equipment uptime to support on-time delivery and product quality goals
  • Coordinate plant activities with internal teams and external partners
  • Build cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility and capability

Schedule
  • Primarily Monday-Friday (daylight hours)
  • Flexibility required for off-shift and weekend support
  • Premium pay available for additional coverage and overtime

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field
    OR
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment

Preferred:
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Knowledge of PLCs, motor control centers, drives, and power distribution
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints

Key Skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse, hourly workforce
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
