Summary
This role focuses on measurement operations, tracking infrastructure, reporting enablement, and data quality to ensure campaigns are measurable, reporting is reliable, and performance insights are actionable. Working closely with Analytics, media activation teams, digital operations, creative partners, and agencies, the individual in this role will help strengthen measurement foundations and improve decision-making across the media function.

Responsibilities
  • Own landing page tagging, pixel implementation, URL tracking parameters (UTMs), event-tracking foundations, and measurement-readiness standards across paid media campaigns and partner-facing experiences.
  • Establish, maintain, and document tracking governance processes, including taxonomy standards, quality assurance procedures, and measurement documentation.
  • Support and troubleshoot API connections and data flow dependencies between media platforms, analytics tools, reporting environments, and internal systems.
  • Perform pre-launch quality assurance reviews to validate tracking logic, pixel functionality, URL structures, event integrity, and overall reporting readiness.
  • Partner closely with Analytics teams to define reporting requirements and improve dashboards, reporting structures, and measurement outputs.
  • Help ensure reporting deliverables are accurate, trusted, actionable, and aligned with campaign performance evaluation needs.
  • Support dashboard and business intelligence maintenance by identifying gaps, validating data quality, and improving reporting usability for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with media strategists, activation owners, digital operations teams, and agency partners to resolve measurement issues, improve tooling workflows, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Provide limited backup support for campaign trafficking and low-risk execution activities during peak workloads or team coverage needs while maintaining primary accountability for measurement operations.
  • Contribute to operational improvements through enhanced governance, documentation, workflow consistency, and scalable processes.
  • Support performance measurement initiatives across paid social, display, programmatic, and related paid media channels.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in paid media operations, ad operations, performance marketing infrastructure, campaign trafficking, or a related digital marketing discipline.
  • Experience supporting tracking governance, measurement quality assurance, and technical campaign setup across multiple paid media channels.
  • Experience partnering with Analytics or data teams to enhance dashboards, reporting structures, and measurement outcomes.
  • Experience using enterprise business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry media tools, including Skai and major channel platforms used to manage, measure, or troubleshoot paid media activities.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including channel managers, strategists, analysts, creative partners, digital operations teams, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive measurement issues.

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of landing page tagging, pixel implementation, URL tracking structures, taxonomy management, event configuration, and campaign measurement best practices.
  • Knowledge of measurement governance, tracking methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong dashboard and data literacy with the ability to validate reporting outputs, identify issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data flows between media platforms, analytics environments, reporting tools, and internal systems.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve tracking, setup, and data quality issues proactively.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document workflows, operational requirements, issues, and recommendations clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and operational discipline.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Query book, or other tools used for querying, structuring, validating, or troubleshooting marketing performance data.
  • Experience building or maintaining business intelligence dashboards, reporting views, or reporting workflows.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, and cross-platform attribution solutions.
  • Familiarity with programmatic and display advertising operations, including audience setup, trafficking, delivery monitoring, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Experience working within lean, in-house team environments that require strong cross-functional collaboration and process discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, simplify workflows, and create scalable operational solutions.
