Job Description:
This is a hybrid role located in the Mooresville, NC area, offering full-time employment.
The role focuses on ensuring adherence to tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal audit protocols.
Ideal candidates should have a background in finance and accounting, with experience in using general office software and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns and statutory obligations.
Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with teams on compliance risk and regulatory exposure matters.
Manage accounting tasks and reconciliations to support financial close processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field required.
2-3 years of experience in Audit & Tax within industry or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
Proficient in general office software, especially spreadsheets.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
