Position: Business Operations Support SpecialistLocation: REMOTE (EST/CST preferred)Duration: Contract through 6/30/2026 with potential to extendPay Rate: $25-$30/hr.Purpose:To provide regional administrative and operational support for DC Operations through a team of coordinators focused on process efficiency, compliance, communication, and execution support.
Core Responsibilities- Distribution List (DL) Management
- Maintain and update regional and site-specific DLs.
- Ensure accurate routing of communications and escalation paths.
- ADO/Ticket Management
- Monitor and triage incoming ADO work items and tickets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and status updates.
- Compliance and Policy Ownership
- Track adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compliance reviews.
- Contract and Procurement Support
- Assist with contract request submissions and tracking.
- Validate Purchase Order (PO) compliance for spend requests.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure alignment with budget and policy.
- Issue POs for Site Ops needs (IT, FM, M&R, etc.)
- Administrative and Business Support
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and business reviews.
- Support onboarding of new hires and vendors.
- Assist with scheduling, travel, and expense reporting as needed.
- Project and Activity Coordination
- Support planning and execution of regional initiatives and projects.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Data Analysis and KPI Reporting
- Collect operational data.
- Prepare backend data for report outs.
- Customer Service and Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders for business requests.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Resource and Asset Coordination
- Track allocation and usage of shared resources (e.g., tools, vehicles, materials).
- Support inventory and asset management processes.
- Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Document and standardize workflows across sites
