Job Role: Product Owner
Duration: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Location: 12 Months Contract Role
This Product Owner position will be part of the Strategy, Analysis and Design team for Treasury data management.
Main responsibilities includes the following but not only limited to these:
Product Owner is responsible for the Program Backlog.
Responsible for identifying Customer needs, documenting requirements/features and prioritizing Epics/Features.
Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide the business support.
Work with PO to provide support on feature team.
Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals.
Primary Skill: Business Analyst (Domain Experts)
Required Qualifications
Deep financial domain expertise. Candidate must have 5+ years of domain expertise in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance.
Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain.
Proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution. Must have the finesse to navigate within a large organization to influence big decision makers and win trust using people skills and technology knowledge
Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical / system flows
Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities
Deep understanding of Mater Data Management Principles and Applications
Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
Strong experience supporting technical delivery. Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
Business analyst, JIRA, design, understanding of banking domain.
Proficient in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies
Strong experience supporting technical delivery.
Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
