DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead technical and web-based initiatives from concept through delivery. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital projects that improve online experiences and support organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and developers to implement new solutions, resolve challenges, and continuously improve processes. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on delivering meaningful, high-quality digital outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Delivery- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and objectives
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, and project documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and assess technical and functional feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource needs, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Collaboration and Communication- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, development, marketing, and external partners to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, requirement sessions, and regular status updates
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to stakeholders
- Serve as a primary point of contact to support informed decision-making and issue resolution
Problem Solving and Adaptability- Analyze information from multiple sources, reconcile competing priorities, and translate high-level objectives into actionable plans
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Support teams through change by adapting plans and approaches when requirements evolve
Continuous Improvement- Develop a strong understanding of customer and stakeholder needs
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement
- Share insights and recommendations to support ongoing operational effectiveness
QualificationsRequired- Experience in digital project management
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Workfront, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for project support
Preferred- Experience managing large-scale digital initiatives such as web development, digital marketing, or UX/UI projects
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum-related certifications)
- Familiarity with GIS or other specialized digital platforms
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and reporting practices
- Graduate-level education in a related field
