We\'re hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a respected independent repair shop in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. You\'ll work alongside a professional, supportive team that values quality repairs, continuous learning, and a drama-free workplace?not flat-rate chaos.

What You\'ll Do
As an A-Level Technician, you\'ll be trusted with the repairs and diagnostics that require experience, accuracy, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Troubleshoot electrical systems
- Diagnose cooling system leaks
- Repair steering and suspension systems
- Perform pressure testing and advanced diagnostics
- Service Domestic and Asian vehicles
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding customer service
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience REQUIRED
- Strong diagnostic skills and proven repair experience
- Experience with electrical diagnostics, steering/suspension, and pressure testing
- Heavy producer with a strong work ethic
- Growth mindset and desire to continue learning
- Independent shop experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
