Mueller\'s Auto is seeking an Automotive Repair Technician to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. We are a well-established independent repair shop known for honest service, high-quality repairs, and a supportive team culture. Our busy, high-volume shop provides steady workflow and a wide variety of repair opportunities across multiple makes and models. This full-time opportunity offers flat-rate pay of $35?$60 per hour, a Monday?Friday schedule with no weekends, a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and a modern, air-conditioned shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems on multiple makes and models.
- Perform routine maintenance services and mechanical repairs.
- Complete repairs ranging from brakes and suspension work to engine and transmission replacement.
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Maintain quality workmanship while working efficiently in a high-volume shop environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality repairs.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- B-Level or A-Level Automotive Technician experience with strong diagnostic skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair multiple automotive systems, including engine, transmission, braking, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume repair shop environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Flat-rate pay: $35?$60 per hour based on experience.
