Kyndryl Specialist, Oracle Support Delivery

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Lead Specialist to lead delivery and support for Oracle EBS financial applications, with specialization in the Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles. This role leads ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for the client, owning production support operations, stakeholder engagement, service management, and KPIs to keep systems stable and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client point of contact for daily operational delivery and issue resolution
• Deliver weekly and monthly status and performance reports; develop and distribute operational analytics to stakeholders
• Continually refine operations and service procedures, standards, and policies to meet firm and client requirements
• Research and respond to client inquiries in coordination with internal and external onshore and offshore teams
• Provide timely, accurate reporting and deliver insights on KPIs and SLAs
• Work with onshore and offshore delivery teams on data analysis, input review for accuracy, and issue logging and management
• Drive efficiency through continuous improvement and automation of business processes and tasks
• Encourage new ideas, innovation, and feedback; review for appropriate action or implementation
• Manage service quality issues related to SLA achievement, performance, and delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience managing Oracle application support operations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial controls
• Oracle EBS financial applications skills in AP, AR, GL, CM, and iSupplier, specializing in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
